Pursuant to ECC 15.220.080, notice is hereby given that on May 7, 2020 the City of Ellensburg Planning Commission approved the Conditional Use Permit Application (P19-133) of the Ellensburg School District in order to construct a 55,000 sq. ft. elementary school within the Residential Suburban (R-S) zone on their property site located at 2100 N. Cora Street, Ellensburg, WA Parcel # 11711. The public hearing was conducted remotely via Zoom Webinar.
Issuance of this land use decision may be appealed by parties with standing, by filing for an appeal pursuant to ECC 15.230.070.
