Parks & Recreation

PARKS ARE OPEN!

Park facilities are now fully open to the public with the exception of the Stan Bassett Youth Center and Kittitas Valley Memorial Pool which we plan to open during the second week in July. The Ellensburg Racquet and Recreation Center and Adult Activity Center remain closed.

The Parks and Recreation Department operates a pool, and three centers for youth, adults, and racquet enthusiasts; maintains sixteen public parks including two off leash dog parks and a mountain bike skills course; and we offer programming to enhance the lives of community members, residents, and visitors.
