NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
CITY SURPLUS PROPERTY DECLARATION and
REMOVAL OF A RESTRICTIVE DEED COVENANT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Ellensburg City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 15, 2022 at 7:00 pm. This meeting will be held both in-person in the Council Chambers AND virtually via Zoom, to consider the surplus declaration of one City-owned parcel commonly known as the Whitfield Triangle and to remove a restrictive deed covenant which requires any construction on the property occur within one year of sale to the purchaser.
.30 acre parcel of City owned property located on South Alder Street, just north of 4th Avenue on Craig’s Hill, also known as the Whitfield Triangle, described as follows: Lot 15, Block “F” Lee’s Subdivision of Second Railroad Addition to the City of Ellensburg, in the County of Kittitas, State of Washington

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that all persons interested may appear at such time and place and be heard for or against the matter, or preregister on the city council webpage, or written comments may be filed with the City Clerk, 501 North Anderson Street, or via email: email@example.com
To be considered during the public hearing, written comments must be submitted by 5:00 pm on Monday August 15, 2022.
