The City of Ellensburg is inviting the public to participate in the potential update of zoning district boundaries and their permitted uses by attending one or more Planning Workshop.
Each workshop introduces the process and provides an overview of the work already undertaken, leading up to the workshop. What’s needed now is your citizen input.
EACH OF THE THREE workshops will be held at the same location - Ellensburg/Teanaway Rooms at Hal Holmes Community Center, 209 North Ruby Street, Ellensburg, and as follows:
MONDAY, MAY 13, 2019 – 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM
5:15 pm – 5:30 pm: Introduction and overview
5:30 pm – 6:00 pm: Citywide permitted uses in each zone

6:00 pm – 6:20 pm: West Interchange
6:20 pm – 6:40 pm: S. Ruby St. from E. Mountain View Ave. to E. Umptanum Road
6:40 pm – 7:00 pm: E. Mountain View Ave. from S. Ruby St. to S. Whitman St.
7:00 pm – 7:30 pm: Question and Answer

6:00 pm – 6:30 pm: Downtown Ellensburg – Water St. and Kittitas St. from 5th to 3rd Ave.
6:30 pm – 7:00 pm: 9th and 10th Ave. from N. Cora St. to Water St.

Each workshop is structured so that participants can attend the entire workshop or just specific topics of interest. Written comments are welcome via email or US mailed or dropped off (during workday hours) at the City of Ellensburg Community Development Department, City Hall, 501 North Anderson Street, Ellensburg.
